boa? which boa... so many species... wouldnt say they are all easy to keep at all.

Boa consrictor constrictor.

I figured most would have figured that.

my blood python is a beast. russian tortoises are good but require alot of space. red tegus are awsome as long as there are no other pets they can run around the house.

best of the best as far as pets the sand boa or ball python

I've got a chubby frog that's cool. He's grown like a freakin monster since I got him in the summer...really cute and not noisy (at least not yet). Don't get a bullfrog. Ours croaks even in the middle of winter. In the past, I've had Fowler's and southern toads and they didn't make much noise.

You could also get some kind of salamander; sirens are cool and you'll actually see them. Amphumas are interesting if you're looking for pure slimy evil. Aquatic cecaelians are also pretty cool.

dont know if you decided yet.. There are so many options to feeding crickets even freeze dried crickets are available with vibrating dishes.
Have you looked at veiled chamelons nice pet that takes anything that you put in front of it i had a year old adult taking pinkies..

Hi ,, a better ? is how much time and money do u have to spend.. I own 2 iguanas one is a 4 ft 2 in female about 5yrs old,she was adopted,, and the other is a 10 month old 27 in male .
The encloser for the female is 7 feet long x 6 feet high x 4 feet deep,, the male is housed sep.. 5x4x2 for now.

They are great to have but just like some types of fish ,do your research before you buy,,or better yet ADOPT. They have special needs in diet, lighting,,heat,,differant temps at diff. times and places in the encloser,,, lots to learn. some sites herp center.com iguana zone .com
