If it were my tank I'd go Flowerhorn for a single species or one or a pair of Oscars. Although Oscars are common, they do have great personality and are gorgeous! Mine will almost jump out of the tank to grab a worm out of my husbands hand!!

With that in mind, I have been thinking along the lines of a true red terror (buy 6 juvies from Rapps and keep the best one), or a flowerhorn because I like the thickness and color. I am trying to stay away from the common jag, rd, oscar. Are there any suggestions that I may not have though of yet???
