Thanks for. All the replys. I'm gonna research on the bullheads I think, the sun and vultures look pretty cool too! Not a fan of the lima myself, I like the tiger shovelnose, do they stop growing about 18inch aswell? I've been looking at jaguar cats, gorgeous, would I ever see it though? How big do short bodied red tails get then? Never heard of them, how would you know you wasn't getting a monster rtc an being fooled?

Some of the native Bullheads (many brown Bullheads have a mottled light dark coloration).....and also a Lima.

From what I hear there just regular rtc no way to know if it grows small as in chubby or regular its just like humans with being tall wise every so often one comes along short aka a midget rtc

IMO I wouldn't even try because it'll just be a regular RTC .. once my new house is done in sometime end of the august I am getting my baby RTC! Cannot wait my favorite fish
