I lost my hatching 2.5 inch soft shell turtle, my sister was petting her and when she put her down, my sister forgot about her. This as at 3 am and I woke up at 7am.

I have turned my room upside down, checked my brother's room, need to check my sister's room and my parent's room. Could it have fallen down the stairs (however, our stairs have an area where they stop and begin to turn)

What can I do to find it? I have checked everywhere! :(

Please reply quickly!

Look in dark, warm areas. When I was rehabilitating a small snapper that was hit by a mower I kept it in a shallow tub in my bedroom. Occasionally it would climb out when I wasn't home and I always ended up finding it either under my bed or in my closet.

Thank you! :) I will look when I am home but if I can't find it I will just leave it because I am moving in a few weeks. However, my friend is giving me a baby common snapper that hatched 5 days ago :3

Don't leave it it will die!!!

I would look trapped in the folds of some fabric. Dirty/clean laundry piles, a towel on the floor...bedding that hangs to the floor, your back pack/ purse etc...

who plays with a turtle at 3 am???

A 10 year old who has not had any sleep in 3 days and the cat (which cab put coffee to sleep) was sleeping on my bed and would not budge (I had to sleep on the floor xD)

But thanks guys we found her, my sister put her in my tank that is just about to finish cycling for my piranhas, she ate three neon tetras lol

And I just found out now that I am not moving out
Until the end of summer so I sold my albino for no reason -.-
