Hey, thank you so much guys for the ideas. I’ll def try them out. Forgot to mention he’s got a small hole in his head. Is this a problem? If you look at the picture, right of his eye there’s a small black spot. That’s the hole.

Check ur water parameters first. What kind of pellet are u feeding? Is the poop always white and stringy? I’d suggest soaking the pellets in Epsom salt sol (1/2 cup distilled water and 3/4 tsp of epsom salt) till it can be figured out.

Sorry didn’t see the reply. Cont with Epsom salt and if able add metronidazole to the tank and feed hex shield if it’s eating.
