Help me ID my cichla

yea idk he looks real stressed
you feeding goldfish feeders? ive seen that with some cichla they get bright after theyve been feed and then get dark again
 
just look through the sticky threads of cichla pictures.. tons of pics of monos..
 
mine always turn dark and light for some reason is this normal i think my arow is stressing him out. i see them sometimes bite each other and i see the pbass push out his gills
 
bump whats the difference between a mono and ocell how can u tell the difference at this age. help me please ID this cichla i really want to know
