Help me ID my cichla

I will only put the azul in my main tank this evening..
Still quite small..
I will post some pics once he is in the aquarium..

Below is my Azul. about 4 to 5 inches.
Sadly the fish died after 2 days in the main aquarium.
There was some bite mark on its head and one of the eye was missing.
However, I have bought another azul, a bit bigger, about 6-7 inches.
It is still in quarantine, 2 days now.
I might put the fish in the main tank either today or tomorrow.
