Help Me Identify This Fish

I recently bought a 30 gallon aquarium and inherited some more fish, I know what some of them are, but 2 of them I think are African Cichlids, I'm not sure
Please help me ID them

The guy I bought them from said he bought them small and were sold as Convicts, but They aren't, I have Convicts and they look don't look the same

I'll take some more pics later, when I get home and Show the side, they aren't convicts lol, they aren't stressed either, they are very lively and always come up to the top when it's feeding time.

I agree. You can't get a proper ID from these shots. But to me it looks like a Convict. If it has some colors that you are not used to seeing on Convicts it could very well be a cross between a Convict and a Honduran Red Point. These two will readily breed with one another. The result looks like a Convict with very nice colors. But you can't really be sure without better pictures that show a side profile of the fish.
