Help me make my tank look like this!!

I love the way this tank looks!!
So i have a 40 gal, I know, a little small, so right now I have

Sciaenochromis ahli
elanochromis auratus (female)
and a small Cynotilapia afra
So I obviously have a "malawai tank"
My plan is to switch to sand substrate, and add some lace rock.
I am also looking to possibly add a few more if I have room?
at the moment, I dont really have a huge problem with agression, occasionally my ahli chases my afra around, but its not terrible.

Any ideas / comments are appreciated!
 
First, it helps to start off with a butt-load of money.
second, put some lighting office style grid (home depot) on the bottom of the empty tank to help with the rock load.
add your gravel/sand, lava or lace rock.
bam, you than have an empty fish tank that looks like that picture ready watery pets.

BTW, awesome tank for insperation!
 
Try to get your self some Labidchromis caeruleus, Metriaclima callainos, Pseudotropheus acei"yellow fin", Mellanochromis maingano( good blue colour for the tank, Pseudotropheus saulosi, Metriaclima lombardoi.
A male with one to two females. This should be great for your 40 gal.
Post some pics when you have the tank stocked.

hahahahaha thats just funny that i click on this link thinking to my self this muct be a great looking tank and then see MY TANK there hahahahaha i dont think it's all that but really thanks im flaterd

much thanks guys im hopein that in jan that set up will be in my 180 and ill be adding many more to it

be sure ill post pic's when i get it going
