i go wif the swim bladder issue... but keep a watch on him at the same time he might outgrow it... cheers...

ummm y dont you know the water parameters?? its one of the most important things you should know about fish keeping :)

Anything that involves the swim bladder is going to take a while to correct.

It doesn't surprise me that he's not eating...but I wouldn't worry yet. Where he is not moving around as much, I would really make sure that tank is airated VERY well.

At this point, you don't want to risk feeding too much anyway, so it's probably best to only offer foods every few days in order to reduce the risk of over-feeding, and extending the symptoms.
 
look like swimming bladder problem . any updates?
