Hi, I want a large intelligent cichlid. It must be smart enough to tell me apart from other people, perform tricks for feed, hand feed, and be able to live in a 90 Gallon tank. Any suggestions?

what tricks do you expect it to do. all i can think of is splash which they do anyway when they swim fast to the surface to engulf food

Pretty much any CA cichlids. Ive seen fish trained to tricks. But its really difficult. Flowerhorns with big enough koks(nuchal hump) will do flips too see what the kok is blocking lol.

Jag is also my favorite. Midas are cool too, used to be my favorite. I got the most satisfaction raising a flowerhorn though.
