Depends if they're prepared for trouble! We had Yorkshire Terriers, and we had to be careful we didn't leave the doors open! They loved to wander, and they worried us!

i think everyone is just pickin alvin cuz of the pic where hes staring at the cam which is too adorable. I shud make the same pictures of each dog and then see what ppl say...

I would say, it depends, do you have kids? Will the dog have a 'job' ? Whether it be running every day, doing scent work, hunting - anything to work the brain and body.
Corgies and kids don't usually do too well, a corgie's instinct is to herd, kids running around make great cows, they nip and bite at the heels of a cow, the same nip can break skin and scare the daylights out of a kid.
They are great dogs, but are wayyyy too smart for their own good and aren't the type that you can leave at home for 6+ hours while you're at work.
Even if they are raised to be the perfect dog, their chase/herd instinct is much stronger than their want to please you.

i cant decide what to vote for, im a sucker for that cute puppy face, so im gonna say get both if you have the funds and space.

alvin is cute ;)

cuteeee

Also, do you know the parents? Or grandparents? Genes have a LOT to do with personality, stability, and temperament.

Why do you want a corgi? The looks? Or the personality?
There are many mixes out there needing a home, and pures, if you're just into the body shape.
I know you're getting one of the pups, but look on www.petfinder.com to see what I mean..
