Hmm, im thinking egg crate up against the back of the tank, get some Christmas moss and begin growing it on the egg crate, it will create a nice moss wall background, next get some black substrate, throw in some moss balls and java moss, and get some unique species of shrimp such as crystal red, cherry, amano, etc... that would be nice
