Yea because I wouldnt want to kill all my fish for just the look of black paint. Ill just get different black plaint. haha.

Me too. Now I'll have to come up with something brainy to say (searching file labeled 'CHOMPERS Pearls of Wisdom'.)


Here is the best I can come up with:
Wipe the pvc down with acetone or pvc cleaner. This will allow the paint to bond to the pipe. This is the only way it is going to bond on the molecular level. If you neglect this step, the paint will blister in only a few days and will begin to peal in a matter of weeks. I am speaking from experience; I have done it both ways.

Its ok Id rather not try my luck with this paint. lol. Ill just go with Krylon Fusion just to be on the safe side

Umm...I was talking about Krylon Fusion (it is still paint ). It will peal if you don't follow the directions. Read the can and you can't go wrong.

really? acetone? a lot of time, its advised acetones can break a bond with the paint and plastic. I guess krylon is different though...
