okay, okay, i know that you guys hate these threads, but....

i've got a spare 10 gallon tank that i just set up, and $70 store credit thanks to about 60 jewel fry that i 'sold' to the store.
so, my question is, what kind of fish fits these requirements?:
around $70 bucks for a pair
can fit in a 10 gal
is fairly peaceful, and wont kill any shrimp or tetras, or tear up any plants
isn't all that hard to feed, breed or find for sale

i know that thats a toughy, but i figured that if anyone could help me out, it would be you guys.

also, a pic of the fish would be nice, but its obviously not required.

thanks in advance

bolivian rams?
dwarf gouramis?

i was thinking about plecos, they would be cool.
and about therams, dont they go for like 10 bucks a peice max?

i would like to get something that is between 60 and 80 dollars per pair. thanks

i would make a really cool little planted tank with some ghost shrimp

geez. i'm gonna put shrimp in.
and c'mon, no danio, ram, or anything else mentioned sells for $35 each.

please read the full post
p.s. mosquito fish are illegal to keep in canada

get some blue crayfish, breed them and turn around and sell them for a decent price.

crayfish sound cool, but i did some research, and most people say that the general rule for crayfish is 1 cray per 10 gallons. also, they like to munch on plants, so then i couldn't do a planted tank. and to top it all of, when one of them molts, the other one will eat him, because he will have no protection for a few days. thanks for your help, but i'm gonna stick with some sort of fish.

the tank is still empty, so i'm still looking for suggestions:)
