How about a jaguar cichlid community with like 6 of them in there and some other aggressive fish or maybe predator tank full of cool catfish, eels, dats, gars and other predators or even a jardini community tank with around 7 of them

Most of these suggestions won't work with your plecos and silver arowana. Are you keeping them?

If so I would suggest getting an Oscar, a few severums, a hoplarchus psittacus. These guys all get large but are not crazy aggressive, and are all south American, so it would keep the SA theme.
