If that was my tank I would get half a dozen or so Mesoheros Festae fry. Grow them out in hopes of getting a breeding pair.

If you don't want to try and deal with a possible 20in Male Festae my second choice would be Amphilophus Lyonsi. They don't get nearly as big as Festae, but very simular in looks.
