i wanted to know if a 30 gallon tank would be good for 2 red bellies and maybe some other fish



also can you guys give me some ideas

wouldnt last for life but it would be fine for a growout im not sure how long that would last though

You will end up with one P before they outgrow the tank. Always keep three or more or single.

Start with a 55 minimum. Also, as already stated by DucatiDragster, piranha will eventually mutilate or eat tankmates.

i had some in a 30 but for a very short time they grow really fast, save$ buy bigger tank

Leave it and just buy a bigger tank to start with 55 gal minium, and you wont be able to mix other fish.

if their juveniles well that well do for now but do get a bigger tank.
before i bought 2 juvenile RBP without reading anything about them and put them in a small tank thinking they wont grow big. guess i was wrong and reading stuff first before buying really helps

yeah get a bigger tank and keep 3 or more cos then they shoal nicely.. i personally keep a single RBP and he doesnt move around that much..

tank mates will be food sooner or later dont try it..
