HELP - MISSING IN ACTION

finally got them to come out for a bit last night but i literally had to sit perfectly still for around an hour!!! got some pics (really crap ones at that) of my dominant pbass and my gibby. i would buy more but its hard to get them in perth!!!!!! i got these guys when they first hit the market here in perth @ $50 for 1". 
would love to add more but i'm wanting something a bit cheaper.

Where is the tank placed?
Do you drop lots of food in?
Or one at a time?

the tank is at the back of my house in the spare room. set at 29 degrees celsious. when i feed them i drop one bit in at a time but when my dominant has had his fill he will still chase the other 2 away. i just wanna feed them so they get BIG!!! lol
