help! My baby aro is hurt!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
If you can, get one about 6" or 8" long. They are not as fragile as one fresh of the yoke sac. I got mine at about 7" or 8". It survived a 2 hour car trip, a hurried acclimation, and was eating the same day.

Yup, they are still a BABY at that stage....Sorry for the loss:cry: at least you didnt have the little dude long enough to get attached to it. I would start with a new aro and keep him in a grow out tank, they do grow fast. I have one from egg sack and had him for about 5-6 months.....he is now about 7-8 inches.;)

yeah i did the same! isnt there growth impressive!

sorry to hear of your loss. i would just try again. you really have to be caucious of the little ones. i recomend no tankmates until they are at least
3-4 inches and even then choose them carefully.
