Now for your first post, your post firstly is too vague. What are the fish in it? What size is this tank? What do you feed and how often? What is your water change regimen? Any pics of the tank setup?

and any clearer pics at what you want us to look at on the discus itself? parameters? temp? tank mates? symptoms?

It's hard to figure out your problem when your post is blurry. What do you feed your fish? At the rate you fed thrice a day, your water changes should have been adjusted to daily especially when you consider the amount of poo they excrete and tank size. What is the temperature?
Since you can see the fish more clearly and see his behavior better than I. I recommend this page. You can read through the information and compare to your discus. It's hard to tell from pic/description. Hope this helps.
