What size is your tank xuethao, and how big or small are these fish?
In a large enough tank, I say let them be, but keep a close eye. They usually sort it out, and even if one get it's fins bit, it usually isn't that bad.
One of my baby endli recently got mauled by a slightly larger and thicker endli. Now it's fin kinda looks like nemo's gimp fin lol
How severe is the fighting between your fish? Are they causing a lot of damage, or just biting?

Well my tank is a 75 gallon and the bichir i have are not that big yet. I guessing 3 to 6 inches for the lap and endi. The delhz is 4 inch. the cong is 4inch to and the sengual is 4 inch. I thought crowed would stop fighting. What i mean by the endi fighting is that he chase anyone by him. He will bite the hack out of the fish that do go away from him. I guess the lap is not learning his lesson because he never move until the endi bit his tail.
Try adding a few small pieces of driftwood scattered through the tank to break up their vision of each other, and for the victims to hide behind.
It could turn out that you just have an over aggressive endli and it will not like living with any other fish. So you have your own 'Pickles' like Anne's
