Help my FH has a growth on tail fin

We today I have noticed my FH has like a whitish looking worm I added a pic
I think it's an anchor worm what do you guys think ???

You can see it just behind the healing spot he has

Just a quick up date about my FH he is doing well after the iodine Treatment even the sore is healing nicely and the tail fin looks much better thanx for the help again guys
