Can you get hold of a product Seachem Stability?

I have done this for my 220G tank, moved my very expensive fish to the newly setup tank, adding Seachem Stability and doing 50% water changes every 3 days and closely monitoring water parameters (ammonia, nitrite and nitrate along with pH) with a test kit. While doing water changes, used to dose again with Seachem Stability.

Seachem Stability will give a kick-start to the cycling, still it takes a few more days/weeks for the full cycle. But in my experience Stability as a product works for these early cycling issues.

The reaction is normal for an oscar in a new environment.

That's a water conditioner, which removes chlorine and chloramine. The sales guy is an idiot. It doesn't provide bacteria to cycle the tank. Tetra makes SafeStart but others have found Seachem Equilibrium to work better at seeding the filter.

You're gonna have to read up on how to do a fish in cycle, if you think you can't convince your wife to return the fish. It's a lot of work, and you need liquid water test kit and a water changer. I would keep trying to convince her to return the fish. Show her what happens if they are not properly taken care of.
the guy isn't an idiot, he is just trying to make money, but yeah you should have the tank cycled

Unfortunately The albino fiah died!!!! I did a qater changed today (40%) the others seems very happy

With that belly so sunken it looks like the poor thing had some kind of parasite and for a while. Did you ever see it poop? If so was it long white and stringy?

Yeah it boob waa long and kept hanging there, i notice that cuz the others boob was like a ball... Will this get to the other fishes??

Yes sounds like worms, or possibly another parasite. And yes it can be spread to your other fish. You will have to treat the whole tank to make sure no one else has or gets it.
I am not as knowledgeable as others here. Someone should chime in with a course of action to take care of this.

The poop was long and stringy and white in color?

With regards to tank cycling - get yourself some Seachem Prime as it will bind the ammonia and make it non-toxicish to your fish.

At the recommended dosage (1 cap for every 200ltrs I think from memory - double check) Prime will bind ammonia for 24 hours, anything left after that will be released and become toxic again so you'll need to dose daily. If I recall correctly, one standard dose will bind 1ppm of ammonia, so if your ammonia is 4ppm you'd add 4x standard dose etc.

Disclaimer: I do not know everything, nor do I claim to. Please double check what I've said is correct as I'm a bit rusty from not having my tanks for a few months.

Good luck. :)
