Have done one epsom salt bath today for 15 mins , not much difference

Maybe some bloat. Could be female and full of eggs then it’s another prob. Hard to tell.

Would advise adding to the tank so it can be exposed to it a little longer.

The Epsom salt should be dosed at 1tbsp per 5g.

Don’t think so. I’ve read it can cause anemia in fish. Would dose one time and leave in as long till the next water change. Wait and see. Hope it gets better.
