i appreciate everbodys help and concerns for my jardini she appreciates it just as much as i do its nice to see some people truly care about animals even a fish and that share my love for animals like i said thats why i bought the injured jar cause with a bum who didnt care about the fish i dont think she would have made it.. but on te brighter side shes swimming fine and eating fine im going toomorow morning to get the aquarium salt the melafix repaired her fins 100% besides 1 little ding on one of them but thats healing to and the red spot is starting to turn a silverish color the same as the jar so idk if that means its getting infected or if it means its starting to heal over however the 3 tiny red bumps and red spot on her fin in the front is still the same :/ but i have done everything you guys told me to this point like i said im getting the salt first thing in the morning im gonna go get it right after breakfeat and do i need to do a full water change after i add the salt n wait a few days? idk if thats what the answer was with the 25% change or if that was for after the melafix treatment

well heres an update... the red spot on my aros face is no longer red its turning a greyish silverish color similiar to the jardinis color so idk if its a scab and starting to heal over or if its becoming infected but its not like a solid white color like you mentioned above its like i said more the of the aros color

i greatly appreciate all the help and concern chris and everyone else.. i will keep you guys posted on her health as she starts to make her recovery :) but i was just wondering if you guys know any good vendors who have larger sized loaches i wanted a few zebras or yo yos to add in with my jar after shes healed up but i need them to be bigger as a baby would just become an expensive meal
and also im going to post a couple pictures of my tank up on here let me know what you guys think of it

is it normal for jardinis to bite at the surface? mine keeps going up and biting at the surface like for florida gar did? is that a normal thing with arowanas?
