i have kept all sorts of geos with my rays, but the only ones i have ever got rid of was brasiliensis. they kept biting the disc and tip of the tail.
i know this sounds stupid but try and watch the tank from a distance and also after you switch the lights off to spot the culprit.
but my money would be on the brasiliensis. i know they are classed as geos but they are much more robust with a more forward facing mouth than the rest of the family with downturned sand sifting mouths.
