If you use paypal to send the payment, just file a dispute online. Click on the transaction detail, and file the dispute on that transaction. If you used credit card to fund the payment, then call your credit card and dispute the charge. Don't wait.
Yeah as of yesterday I filed a paypal claim against the seller and wouldn't u know his phone magically started to work again and after 2 texts now he's not responding to any thing the last thing he said is I have to drop the dispute before his friend will send out the fish which I told him no sorry I'm not doing that till I have confirmed pics of fish being bagged up and a tracking number is given so this guy needed his fish out so bad but the very night I sent money he sends a pic saying thanks for the aripiama which we'll see how it goes btw this "seller" hit me up threw pm ' s here and the money was sent to his "friends" business which he claims is exotic amazon when u search does pop up with a fb so I'm so confused and am pretty mad with this whole deal either I want the fish or just a refund
At this point, I'd shoot for the paypal refund. I'd not only have lost trust in the seller I'd also be dubious about the condition of the fish. It's harder to go for the paypal refund after delivery (even if the fish are DOA).
Yeah that's what I'm shooting for is refund, and that's the other concern of mine if they do ship fish they supposedly haven't been feed since last weds and have been pulled out 3 separate times but again that's assuming the seller was yanking my chain from the start about even having the fish cuz every pic he's sent me are old ones
