Help needed: Angel with fat lips

I have a yellow angel fish that has seriously fat lips. it can still eat, but has trouble. It's been a month, and; it hasn't gotten any better. it's fins also seem to be a little unhealthy, but it eats and swims fine.  Isn't getting worse, but isn't getting better either. Any ideas? Feel like i should put it in isolation and medicate, but nothing else in the tank is unhealthy.

Your affected angel fish is probably a female, right? That being said, she has "Lip Fibroma". There is no known cause for this abnormality. Some people suspect it is caused by a virus, but it hasn't been found to be contagious. There is no known cure, except to surgically remove the mass itself. Do the lips continue to grow to the point where the fish will be unable to eat? I'm no fish surgeon, so that's not really an option.
