whats this on the Rio Meta Orino??

its both sides of the belley. was fed live feeders just this week. the fish has been off live for quite a while. water parameters are pristine. what could be the source and what could be the cure? thanks!

Do you have a hospital tank? How big is this fish. What is your Ph?
 
I agree. I work for a LFS, if you see from the wholesalers how those fish are bred and kept you wouldn't even let them within 20 feet of your tank nevermind feed them to your fish. They are disgusting. They are kept in VATs with about 100,000 of them. Infested with parasites, ich and everything else.

I would agree it's a bacterial infection that resembles aeromonas but I couldn't tell you without micro exam(pseudomonas look similar). Basically, your fish could of eaten an infected fish, absorbed bacterium thru intestine, to bloodstream and onto organs.
