Would this
Honestly, to save yourself a load of unnecessary grief further down the line you need to have a serious rethink regarding this stocklist.

The arowana, gar and lima are non starters, and given the size of your current tank it is only suitable, imo, for your two oscars, that's it!

Your planned 250 upgrade would mean you could maybe add the flagtail and pleco to the mix too. Further down the line, when the fish are mature, I'd say two oscars, a flagtail and a pleco would pretty much max you out, imo.

I can't really comment on whether you could squeeze the bichir in there too, I don't have a clue regarding compatibility issues with the others.
Would this work in the 250 my dad’s friend is getting rid of his fish Dk y but he is he’s offered me them 1 asian Arowana 1 bichier 1 fire eel 1 jag cichlid 1 Red Devil there all in his tank apart from the bicher

I would be upgrading to a 250 gal tank once the aro reaches 18 inches
I would honestly recommend against the Arowana. As much as everyone says 250, personally I think they need much more to be healthy and live good lives. They get massive and don’t use much of the water column so you need tons area. The photo is the few we have at work. Keep in mind this is a 12 foot radius semicircle footprint.
