I usually drip acclimate, I use a section of airline tubing with an adjustable valve that you use in your airlines for controlling the flow of the drip

You can also tie a simple knot in the tube and adjust the tightness of the knot to adjust the flow rate. Not as accurate as the valve but works when you don't have one available.
