HELP NITRATE OVERLOAD!!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Even if you do get the parameters in line for your tank there are still fish that are way too big for it. An Aro or Ray cannot live comfortably in a 100g because they do not have enough room. I love your stock and want that for myself but although I have a larger tank I won't get a single one of those because I can't hold it for a lifetime. Get a much larger tank and your problems should go away.

Just remember once you start doing big water changes it is very very important that the water you are adding back into the system is equal temperature. If you are careless your fish will suffer from the shock.
Yup i do check first the paremeters and the temperature of the new water before adding it to the tank,,

Yup i am planning for an upgrade in the near future but i cant upgrade right now,, the only option I have is to either lower nitrates that i currently have using any kinds of medias out there or re home one of my rays, angel fish, discus and one of the geos.....
