help? o__o

Thats cool =) congrats! I never done this before soo it'll be intresting. Should I let her release the fry on her own or should I strip the fry? I read to pull the fry at 14 days? When stripping fry I read up on it and it told me this: I put her in a net and then use my pinky nail on her bottom lip gently to open her mouth and hold her behind the gills in the net facing down she supposed to spit them out into the net?? Also if she were to spit them out and they are still eggs then I have to tumble them correct?? I never done that before so I dont know. I have an under water fry keeper and tumbler that some lady gave me along time ago and a breeders net from her 2. o__o is any of that correct, or no and if its not the any advice? but dont tell me the turkey baster thing cuse that sounds kinda mean.

Definitely carrying eggs. Fresh water does this to fish!!! I personally leave my fish to grow the fish in their mouths. Put them into a breeding net after about a week then start dropping in bits of food at aroung 3,5 weeks. To me it will help make them better mothers.
Congrats again on the new additions and I hope she carries the full term.
:naughty: :woot: :clap :headbang2

#1 net the fish
#2 hold her in your hand, use a finger to open her mouth.
#3 I place my finger slightly in her mouth so she cant shut it or the fry can be damaged.
#4 swish her back and forth with the mouth submerged and open and the fry will smim out.
I usually do this in the net and then transfer the babys into a fry keeper in a 10 gallon dedicated to fry with the same water or similar.

Make sure your hands are wet and try to avoid touching her eyes.

Good luck, it is fun watching them grow and color up.
