HELP ON FX5

i had it running with water at all time.i took the impeller out and it has a chip on the shaft,so i think thats the problem.sucks for me considering it was brand new.i will contact hagen first thing monday morning.thanks for the help everyone

If its brand new, why not return it for another one?
