Hi guys. My 9" red oscars just laid about 80 eggs on a piece of slate, but they share the tank with a couple of Jags half their size. Is there hope that the eggs will hatch? What shall I do? Thanks!
Remove the jags to a holding tank. Or, drain water from the main tank to a smaller tank and move the rock/eggs to the smaller tank. An airstone will replace the parents fanning the eggs. Once hatched, use normal fry care to rear the new Os.

Thanks Oddball! BTW, how will I know if the eggs have been fertilized already and good to move? Is there a color difference between fertilized and non-fertilized? Right now, they're whitish in color.
