Thanks. I did contact WetSpot yesterday to let them know. I was told that they were going to let the management know that I was sent the wrong fish and see what they say. I was really looking forward to a Buetti since I lost mine when it jumped out of a quarantine tank. So I hope they can do something.
I mentioned it because jaws had purchased a bichir with an issue and they fixed the situation.
Bichir customers will be repeat customers since apparently we cant just have one, lol. So its in their best interest to keep a happy customer.

Haha, that's so true. I'm already thinking of what other bichir I can add to my stock. Unfortunately (or is it fortunately? 
) I'm limited to mostly upper jaws since I can't have one that will get bigger than 18". My main tank is only 125 gallons. Not sure how much more I can add with 2 (soon to be 3) polys, 6x common silver dollars, 1x red hook silver dollar and 1x fatso red oscar.
On a good note, WetSpot just emailed me and said they are willing to ship out a Buetti free of charge and I can keep the Palmas they mistakenly sent me! Yay.

Wow, really? 7-8 more? That's awesome! I thought I was pushing it with maybe adding 2-3 more. I do change my water weekly 50-70% at a time.
Yeah, I'm glad they were great enough to offer to send me the Buetti and keep the Palmas. I understand mistakes can happen but the good customer service makes up for it. They just sent me a picture of the one the Buetti they currently have in stock (at least, I think it looks like a Buetti this time...). I'll share some pics.
It's a little small but hopefully my 8" Palmas won't try making a snack out of it.
