Help! paroon shark keeps throwing up

My paroon sharks eat like monsters.. but as soon as they get scared or i turn the lights on....... they throw up EVERYTHING! is there a way for this to be avoided??

I had a friend who has a Paroon shark that threw up upon sight of people.
It was kinda of comical actually, but it's not for you for sure. It eventually stoped, Did you just get the paroon sharks?

How big are they? They are pretty skittish fish, especially when young.
I think they'll calm down as the age.

theyre like 8 inches

How long have you had them? If they are still fairly new, why not feed them at night and leave them be so they don't throw up. Maybe once they are more established you can start try to feed when its still light. Also, are you feeding them really heavily? Maybe a lighter meal might help to keep things down.

I just want them to stay calm and not move around so much.. hopefully when they get lil bigger hahah thanks guys for the replys

odd... close the lights and stay closer to the tank and don't move real fast... then leave and check after 30 mins...
