sorry but paroon and staying still dont go together. i got my paroon to keep a steady motion, since they are an open water schooling fish, with ALOT of current! 1475-1500gph straight out of 1"pvc return. set a mid-depth at the back of the tank. sorry but they will always be a little skittish, natural habit. but just like everyone else was saying, small meals at night, till they are cool. do mind me asking how many paroons and what size tank?
