I've had a Jardini with a prolapsed anus for more than 2 months.....looked like a pink sausage out of its anus...

leave it be, maintain the salt content and see if it feeds, a bit only, in a couple of days..

You might get lucky.

in the wild, they ambush, eat one fish and digest then hopefully catch another, in the tank full of guppies, they ge so excited and over eat, and die. its happened to me many times in the past.
