Help pLEASE !!!

I have a 6" rtc that has a terrible case of fin rot. how can i treat this?

more info? tank size (hopefully bigger than last time you asked about your rtc) and water params would be a good start....

uhh i still needa take water params. it's in a hospital tank. 10gal and it doesn't move a lot.

Just make sure you have really clean water and do more water changes to keep it clean. Do you have anyone in there with him? I wish I could be of more help, Ive never had a fish with this.
