HELP PLEASE!!!

ok so today i was browsing on mfk. then a link led to cam's FB, i was something on his FB it looked funny so i clicked it them by whole fire fox browser shut down and the Vista internet security keeps poping up every few secs saying i have "malaware" and all that. So i DL the free AVG and it found 3 trojans and it was all removed but it still keeps poping up. what can i do?todays been a horrible day for me woke up in the morning to this then fh gets beat up.......
