Add 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons of water. Keep the tank as clean as possibile, rinse filters vacume gravel. If you can get some methylene blue give the fish a 30 min bath in 5 gallons of tank water add 1 teaspoon of meth blue and 1 tablesponn of salt. Return the fish to the main tank. See how that works. It's diffacult to tell weather this is a fungus or parasitic. Let me know if that helps.

Is this UK or us gallons? 4.45 or 3.7 liters? (450litre tank )
And we dont have methylyne blue available in here so can I use eSHa 2000?

Sorry for all the questions I just don't wanna mess it up

I think I found what it is, it looks like lymphocytes or something like that,.
Maybe anyone knows more about this and can help me to cure it .

Also it now looks like it exploded and is coming loose in pieces.

I went to my lfs and they told me I should clean everything and put some medicine ( eSHa2000 ) in the water which I did.
Also just noticed there are more fish with this white stuff on them but not as severe as my Oscar.

Will see how it goes and will update over a week.

What other fish are in the tank? eSHa2000 lists as ingreediance: 6.3 mg ethacridine lactate (Rivanol), 1 mg proflavin, 3.2 mg copper 2+ & 0.26 mg methyl orange. Did the LFS ask for your ph and hardness? Rivanol can become in taxic in soft water, the copper content is aslo a little high. IMO you would have been better off doing with I told you and you wouldn't have had to worry about it.

Yes they asked and I'm going back tomorrow to get my water tested,
Also I want to tank u and apologize for me not to listen, but I was desperate.
