its missing a hole pelvic streamer and the longer/skinny fin that goes behind it, will those grow back?

Missing that much is doubtful that it will grow back ... Does it even have Nubbs??

THat girl looks pretty damaged ( I would not be surprised by a "netting " accident at the LFS and just yanked the fish out of the net when it stuck to the net ).

Is it eating? If so, you maight have a fish. If not, I would not have hope of it getting anywhere...:( I also do not think, friend, that a pond in Canada ( the cold of Canada makes me shiver ) could do the trick...are there no big fish in the pond, also?

:(

If the fish eats and is well, take care of it. You will have a "rare" fish ;)

His pond is a large indoor pond.. dug into his basement (he has an OLD house so his basement floors are dirt... well under a layer of wood but you know)
The pond is heated and has some big arow's in it,
if i gave him this fish he would grow it out untill max size if it lives that long then put it to the pond. since its in the pond it would probaly live a happier life already being tramatized!
