Help pls. My gar has lumps on its body. What should i do?

My gar condition got worse..now it has a big lump on its body..but its feeding as usual and very active..

Can anybody give me some guidance on hw to make my gar better?
It seems to me that it has improved because of the coloration on its body. It is also very active when it comes to feeding time.
What troubles me is the big lump on its body.
Pls help tq

Damn, that’s not good! Could it be TB? Maybe use some furan? I can’t remember if that’s the name, but it is basically antibiotics. But gar are very sensitive to meds, so ......

Thanks for the reply. My gar got better...i dip my gar in saltwater everyday and now the lump is gone and the wound recovered...but theres a scar though
