HELP! Polypterus fish has a lump

My polypterus seem to have swallowed something. it's staying at the top of the tank.Do you guys have any ideas ? What should i do?

What are you feeding the poly?
What type of substrate sand or gravel?

It's very small fish. I'm feeding him with food that i use to feed my discus. it's called "DISCUS GRANULATE"
There is no gravel. but i have some driftwood. there were little pieces of driftwood. it might have swallowed it

Can try a little Epsom salt 1 tbsp per 5g. The unscented kind.

Give a couple of days to see if things improve. If bump didn't go down then place poly in a separate aquarium and treat with Epsom Salt.

Looks bloated treat with Epsom Salt like stated earlier.
