Help! rare fish?

Where did you hear they are rare and valuable? Why would you wait to hear back from people on here? The thing was only $4 for cryin out loud. It's not like it was a big "investment".

Jgilbert - PetCo / PetsMart now carries various degrees and types of bettas - some are $10 (and up) - but the common stuff is still $3-5.

Makes sense, I did notice they were labeled exactly what kind of betta it is, so must be more fancy lol

Isn't that called a pineapple or something? The yellow with black outlined scales? Cool looking betta, though. If only it were a crowntail.
