The temp range is good for the fish I see.
The pH and other significant parameters like alkalinity are very low, "probably" because of the tinly water change schedule.
Unless your tap water already has low pH, I would guess acidification, as the tank is taken over with fish urine on the basis os stated 20% water change pr week, leading to stress and causing disease.
Both fish (motaguesea and fronts) do well with a pH above 8.High 7s are OK but 6.5 or below cause stress.
If you are only going to o a 20% water change, it should be every other day.

Raise the PH with dissolved baking soda. This may allow the issue you are seeing to go away.

i would also get a liquid test kit since test strips are less accurate.

Ok I’ll try increasing the ph. How much baking soda would be a good dose for a 75gl? Also do you recommend doing one 40% change weekly instead of 20%?

Looks like lymphocystis but will see with updates.
 
Yeah it does. Bu isn't there no known cure?
If it’s lymphocystis then its a virus so no meds will work. Just wait it out.
