HELP!! SENEGAL IN TROUBLE!!!

Hey guys! So i just got home from school and went to check on my fish. I came and saw that one of my senegals were floating at the top with a huge belly. It's still breathing and swimming but its upside down. Is there a treatment? Or is it gonna die?

The water and everything is fine. Temp ranges from high 70s to low 80s. In a temporary 75 with a jardini, shovelnose cat, a pleco, a peacock eel, and another sen. This senegal has always had two messed up fins and swam awkwardly. Has never shown any signs of sickness and has never been bloated before.
