Help sex this blue gene Dempsey?

I have two females with almost the exact same markings on the gill plate. My two have been confused as males many times. For that reason I think your fish is a female. Try putting a male with her and see what happens.....

they are some females don't get the full patch most females will get. I think female going off body shape and lack of color. Put a male with her and you will see.
 
Male. I have a breeding pair of blue gene dempsey's and the female has a nicely developed "beard" of blue that goes all the way under the chin. Yours is a male.

I agree with Dispatch273 , you have a beautiful female.
The OP pics were not very clear, but in this pic you have above you can see her blotchy spangles around the face/gills.
Females will have larger spangles than males & clearly visible in this last pic you posted.

Awesome! She's already in with my male EBJD and they actually have seemed to hit it off right away! He must think she's quite pretty too!
